In order to become a member of the Breathing Boxing Team, you must fit a simple criteria. At the current, we can only accept ages 16-28 You must be able to attend practice Monday-Friday from 7-9pm!! You must be willing to compete in Amateur Boxing. Note: Like all things, there are certain cases where exceptions are made, however, they are few. If you feel you would like to Join and need an exception to be made. Please address it in this area.

Breathing Boxing Team is a competitive team. In order to become a member of the team, you must be willing to compete. This of course, does not mean immediately, in fact you would need to learn and become proficient in various aspects of boxing based on the evaluation of the head coach.
