The Gym

Breathing Boxing is now operating as the New York Athletic Club’s Boxing Team.  The Gym is located at the New York Athletic Club’s City House (180 Central Park S, New York, NY 10019) on the 7th Floor.  The Facility boasts two rings, multiple heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags and much more.

 

We have just completed a renovation in the Gym room.  We have everything you need to aggressively pursue your Boxing dreams!

If you live in the NYC and surrounding area, are 12 or older and think you want to pursue a career in boxing.
